Missed breakfast & lunch in my haste to mow the lawn so I was starvin marvin.
Unfortunately when I go to collect The Girl from kindergarten the timings all wrong for food. All the breakfast/lunch stalls are finished & the late afternoon/dinner stalls are still setting up.
We were on our way to UD Town which is Mrs N’s go to place when I decided to stop at Ku Garden again but get a takeout.
It was outstanding ++)(*

My wife can't walk past a yellow label. I think it's a genetic thing. She used to clip coupons and save 1/3 off our grocery bill. Thrifty for sure, but sometimes results in odd dinners of nearly expired castaways. ;)

We stopped at Villa on the way back from KK and will have farang food every night for dinner over the next 2 weeks. Then straight back to fish heads and rice.
I just love happy endings.

I got this bread at the old BIg C but I've forgotten what they called it. Definitely different from their regular multigrain bread. Very tasty with a bit of a sour bite. Delicious. I'll get more if I can find it there. Compared to their other breads this one is much darker in color. Here is a cross-section of the innards.

The dark sourdough bread there is very moorish,tomorrow is my shopping day at old Big C and VM ,breads tend to be ready about 9.15am so will make a note of some of the names,have also an olive bread there,delicious 8-)

If can find,will buy one like yours Shado.always looking to try different tasting breads 8-)

Still on soft food due to the upper jaw bone graft and because of the overcast, cooler weather I got a hankering for soup. Home made potato soup with bacon and grilled cheese sandwich. Actually, I had to make a second grilled cheese sandwich because the first one didn't come out even with finishing the soup. An easy and tasty light dinner.

I think they’re Vietnamese things & a couple of spring rolls which come out surprisingly nice & crispy from the air fryer
