Maybe should post this in the "between meals" thread but this evening Mrs. Shado decided we needed to "snack" for dinner. So, that's what we did. Have carrot cake and/or almond cheesecake for dessert later on.

How’s the crusty baguettes on the gums? I always find them too “sharp” & scratch gums

I’ve just discovered we’ve bought the wrong french fries again :angry-banghead:
I picked up a kilo bag of definitely the right ones but decided to put it back & opt for a bigger bag which turned out to be those string things.

The air fryer has managed to burn half to a cinder & leave the rest still frozen :angry-cussingblack:

Yeah, really couldn't fully enjoy the snacks chewing only on one side of my mouth. I would have preferred waiting until next week but Mrs. S has this hankering for brie and baguettes. One of her favorites. Have a dental appointment on Friday for a check up.

@pomps: Actually, the Laughing Cow never got opened. Another of the wife's favorites but the brie was so good, especially with the ham, that she just never made it to the Laughing Cow. I ate some of the swiss and cheddar but she pigged out on the brie.

I think we both have a little room for dessert.
