Set off to UD Town for some shopping & I intended to get chicken kebabs for takeout.
Diverted en route to Walking Street so I wasn’t sure what to get.
Nearly there & Mrs N exclaims really hungry so can we go to the other Ku at Nong Prajak. Pulled in car park & she decides to go in Shabushi Indy instead. It’s the one with the Power Rangers roadside.
All you can eat for 199 baht. I was pleasantly surprised & pretty full

Is Indy the one without conveyor belts where they bring a tray of food to the table?

Assume in Covid free Thailand, the conveyor belt ones are still in business? One sneeze and, all the customers are dead.

I’ve never thought about that. Just thought Indy was part of the name but now you mention it, yes it was table service. There was a menu card & the waitress brought bits across on individual plates.
We used to go regularly to the conveyor restaurants, particularly the one in UD Town next to McDs. We haven’t been for a while though as The Girl always plays up meaning one of us doesn’t get the money’s worth.
It is open as I’ve seen customers. Didn’t notice if the conveyor was working though. I guess Covid could easily pass just as the snot, sneezes & bacteria laden finger prints did before

I had lots of prawns (shrimps to you Shado) over the weekend and could not walk this morning due to gout. Don't think the case of Budweiser helped but I'm sure it was the prawns that pushed me over the edge. :whistle:

I thought about it but managed to cremate the PF crumble on the outside while maintaining a frozen middle & the custard was as lumpy as a lumpy thing. In fact I fcuked up the photogenic qualities in every way possible.

Yeah, shrimp (prawns) are pretty high in cholesterol. Most likely the culprit causing your discomfort. Try mixing a bit of fish oil (omega-3) with your Budweiser next time to counteract the prawns. Will probably improve the taste of Budweiser as well. ++)(*
