I had chili dogs x 3 for dinner along with some Frito corn chips. Mrs. S, however decided to make (ข้าวจี่) khao jee (grilled sticky rice with egg wash) in the air fryer. The khao jee turned out remarkedly tasty. This Thai snack is typically made during the cold season and grilled over charcoal or wood.

This evening Mrs. Shado made spaghetti bolognese with toasted parmesan garlic bread.

Am overdue a fix but not in pizza form

Fresh cornbread, hot out the oven, covered with smoked ham hock and navy beans*.

* Navy beans (haricots) are the same beans used by H. J. Heinz to make baked beans.

Yes, I often eat beans and cornbread 'cuz it's one of the dishes I grew up on. About as 'down home' as you can get. The Chiefs game could have gone either way and the Raiders only real mistake was scoring a bit too early. There was still a minute and forty three seconds on the game clock and Mahomes used just a minute and fifteen seconds to score the winning TD. The current Chiefs team is always in the game.

Mrs N wanted to buy some stuff in UD Town so I went in the food court.
Nam Tok Moo was delicious, in fact so much so I had a second bowl
