Always a masterpiece with the pizza 8-)

Had to make do with a Heinz tamada soup and a crusty roll 8-)

Missed out on lamb biryani/enchiladas/tikka masala at Chris place this late afternoon/early evening,nevermind 8-)

After getting a whiff of pomps' breakfast this morning I just couldn't stand it any longer. Had to have some curry. Chicken tikka masala. Feel better now. Image

I really like fresh baked naan and the frozen is okay but lately I've began to prefer the roti that your cook yourself. I still use both but the fresh grilled roti goes very well with curries and I seem to always have that on hand.

This evening Mrs. S worked her air-fryer magic and delivered หมูกรอบ (หมูสามชั้น) ‘moo krob (moo saam chan)’ = crispy pork belly along with some ผักกาดเขียว (Phak kat khio) = stir fried mustard greens. Outta sight! Image
