It was just so easy 👍
No messing about shopping, making the broth or lighting the bbq. It just arrived ready to go.

I was already to extract some fresh, dry charcoal from our new barrel (thanks DM) but it wasn’t necessary

Mrs. S went to one of her rare evening fitness classes and afterwards found that Tops had their sushi and sashimi on sale. I'd already eaten by the time she returned so she had this for her late dinner. She had no problem finishing everything off and said it was fresh and tasty.

I never see the point in buying sushi from Topps when you can pig out for free if you walk round the store enough times. I usually take a few pairs of glasses, wigs etc so they dont think it's the same person coming back again. That and the dried fruit tasters keep me in lunch most days in KK.

That's impressive even by Yorkshire tight-arse standards.

That's an impressive driveway that the other Yorkshire chap has.

Another handy hint. Take a skewer with you rather than use their tooth picks. You can usually spear about half the plate of goodies in one go. The added value is it's more hygienic.

This evening Mrs. S made salmon and vegetables. I chipped in with some parsley potatoes.

January 23 is National Pie Day in the good old US of A. Won't be seeing many pies that require potatoes or gravy. Image
