Re: What are you Having for Dinner Tonight?
Turns out Mrs N got a tuna salad as a takeaway too. Wasn’t bad but not worth the money at 149baht.
I popped into Tops late on Tuesday evening & got a chicken salad from the chiller at the front. I’m sure it wasn’t yet reduced being so late at 69baht & it was lovely. Huge portion & 8 good size pieces of chicken breast. Add a crispy bread roll for 12baht & it was a full meal for that time of night

กุ้งผัดผงกะหรี่ (goong paht pong karee) = Thai shrimp curry and key lime pie (using Thai limes) for dessert.

That should do the job, although I'd ask for double rations of the key lime pie.

The girls (nieces) really go for the lime pie. Something they had never eaten in the past. They ask for it often now.That should do the job, although I'd ask for double rations of the key lime pie.

Re: What are you Having for Dinner Tonight?
It's only 12 inches in diameter. I tend to load up the pizzas with meat & cheese. I didn't weigh it after baking but here are the components.
Item ...... Ounces
Dough/crust = 14
Sauce = 4
Meat = 8
Cheese = 12
Onion = 4
Mushrooms = 8
Total = 50 ounces = 3.125 pounds = 1.417 kilograms
The wife, niece and I were able to consume it in one extended sitting. I usually put on a little more meat but used what I had on hand for this one.
