An observation with white onions, the new fruit market area seems to have more than I can ever remember seeing. Just about every stall has large red net sacks stacked in front.
Just how I remember them at the fruit & veg wholesale market in the UK

Goong pad phong garee (กุ้งผัดผงกะหรี่) and khep moo (แคบหมู). = Yellow shrimp (prawn) curry and fried pork skins.
