Ritz crackers, similar to the video. I just smashed up some Ritz, added some melted butter, dried parsley flakes, a dab of Old Bay seasoning and a dash of black pepper. I melted a tablespoon of butter in a small baking dish, slathered the cod with the butter and then sprinkled both sides with Old Bay. Into a 225 C oven for about 8 or 9 minutes and then spread the topping on the fish and returned it to the oven for another 7 or 8 minutes. This piece of fish was pretty thick so thinner pieces would take less time in the heat.

The missus says the bell peppers were pretty much depleted by Saturday but another shipment may be due in this week. I think she's going there again this morning so she may have a report.

The gaeng om was especially tasty this evening as the missus picked up a Japanese (smooth skin) pumpkin at the Jingjai market in Central Plaza. Really tender and semi-sweet. Perfect with this particular Isaan curry. I've come to really like fresh pumpkin, something I rarely ate in the States.

Yep. Pumpkin pies at Chrismus and Thanksgiving were the only things regularly made with pumpkin in my house. Now I eat it several times a month. It's good.

Tonight having octopus salad with diced tomatoes and onions with white rice.

A refreshing and tasty salad. Where do you get your octopus TB? We've seen the frozen octopus at Makro but the wife is hesitant to buy it even though she loves it.
