I was going to knock up the last cheeseburger when we got home but it was getting late & I’m tired after being farmers today so bought this little lot from outside 7-11

Mmmmm! Popia thawt (ปอเปี๊ยะทอด) and khao man gai (ข้าวมันไก่). Excellent combination. A couple of my favorites.

First thought the plate on the right had a collapsed lasagne with a bowl of dishwater but now understand ++)(*

Collapsed lasagne just happened to be last night :smileylaughing:
The dishwater is a rather nice consommé (or “consume” as head chef KP calls it)

& serving gazpacho piping hot because I’m an idiot who doesn’t know any better :eusa-doh:

The khao man gai is the "thawt" version. It's crispy fried rather than boiled. I think the dark area is just the sauce they added.
