The khao man gai is the "thawt" version. It's crispy fried rather than boiled. I think the dark area is just the sauce they added.
Collapsed lasagna. :laughing-rolling:

I’ve not had the dark sauce before so only poured it over half. The lighter sauce is standard sweet chilli

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on brioche.
Smoked salmon was Russian and salty as hell. No wonder it was half the price of the Norwegian stuff. Remind me that brioche does not go with eggs and salmon.
I hate looking after myself :eusa-violin:

Yes, a hearty looking lasagna, well filled. I like lots of filling between the noodles. I always make a big one as it's another of those dishes that seems to get better the next day. Good job Bill Tong. ++)(*

My very first Seattle Dogs (thanks to pomps). There are several recipes on the net, some call for sauerkraut, some call for jalapenos. I have only kraut on hand so went with that. Dogs, cream cheese, kraut, brown mustard and fried onions. Served up with some fried tater tots. Tasty, I'll make them again some time.
