Only went in for dizziness. Apparently that is due to vertigo.

So a big bag of medicine for dinner tonight
Medicine is okay for dinner a time or two but try not to make that a regular meal. A spin doctor might be able to help with the vertigo.

Still not feeling 100% and taking my medication, don't seem to have much of an appetite.

Dinner was a protein bar and a fresh juice done in the nutri bullet; oranges, lemon, apple, blueberry, almonds with a top up of soda water.

The missus wanted pizza for our stay-at-home Loy Krathong observation this evening. Pepperoni, onions and mushrooms.

Looks like we’ll be having a stay at home Loy Krathong after all.
Been at Nong Prajak all afternoon with the intention of walking around about a quarter to tire The Girl but they’ve blocked off right across the lake for some reason so she did a full lap the poor bairn. Fast asleep now exhausted

Fried fish and chips. It was excellent.

But the tarter sauce tasted suspiciously like sour cream.

In Japan they say: Saru mo ki kara ochiru.

She tries and it tasted OK. 8-)
I just love happy endings.

Got hungry for Tex-Mex, not had it in a while. Beef tacos, beef & bean quesadillas and fresh salsa with corn chips.

We've been out and about most of the day so this evening Mrs. S decided to just make some simple soup and rice. Pork bone soup with daikon radish. Really hit the spot!
