This evening Mrs. S made khao soi neua (ข้าวซอยเนื้อ) = Chiang Mai style noodle curry with beef. One of my all time favorite Thai dishes.

Oh nice. I've not had that before Shado but looks very nice. I'd dare say relatively low in cholesterol as well (no idea if it is but I'd take the risk :) )

Yes, that looks really good.

I’ve still got a bit of a dodgy tummy so went for bbq fish with a bit a chilli sauce & sticky rice

Mrs N made this. 80 baht for the fish from the market, twatted on the head when she bought it, covered it in salt & chucked it in the convection oven/bowl thing
