About once a month I treat myself to a 230+ gm. medium rare lean ground beef burger topped with grilled onions & cheese. Mrs. S and the niece are having Isaan food this evening so today is the day. Everything is prepared, just waiting for me to start the grilling. Picked up some Iceland frozen, battered onion rings at Villa and will try some in the air-fryer. I typically make my own onion rings but thought I'd give these a try.

Do like Iceland products and have had those before, see how the air fryer tackles them

Grilled onion cheeseburger gets 5 stars out of 5. Particularly good this evening.
Onion rings barely get 1 star out of 5. Leathery and tasteless. Don't know if it's the air frying or the product. Cooked up half of the bag and ate only two of the rings. Still have half a frozen bag left and will use the recommended cooking on the packaging to see if there is any difference. I know a bit about onion rings and these don't even come close to what they should taste like.

Can nibble for hours. Thai (Korean) BBQ is the polar opposite of fast food.

Guests have arrived & they’re going at it like an episode of Man v Food.
Think I’ll retire to the tv for ice cream with honey & sultana bread

You, being a "farang" will eat until you get full. Thais will eat until they get tired.
