Beef enchiladas & pulled pork tamales with chili gravy and sour cream along with corn chips and guacamole dip.

Some might say it’s about fcukin time Mrs N cooked me some food.

Found a Thai tapas place in Leeds the other day. 4 smallish dishes and a Singha for less than £30. Not bad for City Centre location.
Owned by a Thai bloke and his g/f. Got chatting to them and, they tried to claim they were from BKK. Only when I said they looked more Issan did they admit they were from Ubon Ratchathani.

Yeah, red curry can be considerably more spicy than panang.
