Just had a visitation from the nieces so Mrs N called the bbq people & they’re open again
For some reason we’re now on our way to UD Town but it can’t be for the usual trip to food street as bbqs have been ordered for later. Never mind, I’m being chauffeured which makes a pleasant change so just enjoying the ride

Sliced bbq bbq belly pork, sticky rice & some spicy red sauce I just know will go through me like a Ferrari.
Great little stall on Samittayothin Road in front of the rail tracks. It’s handy too as next stall is beef no cook which Mrs N particularly likes so saves stopping again.

I worked pretty hard today so earned a full meal. A couple of fat-boys, mashed potatoes with onion gravy, buttered peas and some bread that I made yesterday.

An old favourite I haven’t had in a long time.

I’ve taken where possible to giving street food a quick ding in the microwave & then maybe a little crispening in the air fryer to try & kill any bacteria.
It normally works okay with meat on a stick but this chicken was a bit too thin so shrivelled up. Still edible but lesson learnt
