It's a big hit here, wife and niece can hardly get enough. No matter how much I make, they eat it all.
Easy to make. I just cut some slices from the "French loaf" that I get a Big C and then spread on a mixture of room temperature butter, grated Parmesan with a few dashes of McCormick's dried Italian seasoning (thyme, oregano & basil). About 10 minutes in a 200 C oven. For this recipe I toast only one side.

This is the one we use but if you just mixed a bit oregano and thyme together it would also work or just oregano would be okay.

Forgot the garlic. You need to include two or three finely diced cloves of garlic in the mixture. Parmesan garlic bread does require garlic.

Re: What are you Having for Dinner Tonight?
There was a time when I would have considered a spread like that to be a bit odd for an early morning meal, however, two day running now my wife and niece have insisted on having lasagna for breakfast. There is a single small serving left in the fridge that I may heat up for lunch. Live and learn I reckon. In my opinion, lasagna is another of those dishes that improves in flavor the second day.
That's a hearty way to start the day pomps!
