House is a bit of a mess due to some redecorating so just snacking for dinner. Pork satay and guacamole (fusion). Carrot cake later.

Funnily enough we went with avocado for dinner.

Mrs N was just eating straight from the skin which didn’t really make a good photo opportunity.

I went for a simple baked with an egg where the stone was, sprinkled with cheese & salt & pepper

Looks right darn tasty. Mrs. S is on an avocado kick right now as she has decided it's good for her complexion and is a "healthy" fat. I informed her of this years ago but until her fitness class friends told her the same thing she took no notice. That seems to happen with a lot of issues.

^ I feel ya there. Mrs N never believes me with anything & then gets told the same by someone who’s never left the village in their entire life & it’s taken as gospel usually with a comment like “why didn’t you tell me this”

The avocado was lush. Probably more of a nice, quick breakfast meal but it went down great this evening all the same
