Got hungry for something crispy-crunchy. Cooked up some southern fried (buttermilk & cornmeal) cod and a few tater tots, along with some homemade tartar sauce. Should have included a vegetable but all I have on hand are frozen peas and just not in a "pea" mood. More of a an evening snack than dinner.

315 bar. Had the fish chips
The fish is now macdonnels style nuggets. Use to be a slab of fish. The chips are now french fries. Peas are still green. Ho hum.

That's alot of fish. They were a bit tight on the chips, though.

Nieces are over & we were going to get a takeaway bbq but Mrs N just called & they’ve told her all south of the ring road district have been closed due to Covid. Not sure if it’s all of them & they’re just saying it so we don’t try somewhere else, like it & use a different one from now on or really all in the district.

Mrs N has now gone in search of alternative food without a second thought to a nearby by alleged covid outbreak 🙄

Mrs. S got Korean BBQ at this place two days ago. They deliver the cooking pots. It's located at the Nong Yai (Ban Jan) intersection on the road headed to the airport.

Our go to place is on the main HWY2 more or less opposite VT.

We only had one the other day as well. They’ve been open 7 days a week until today’s revelation

Got hungry for Tex-Mex so; beef nachos with sour cream, pulled pork & frijoles quesadillas and pico de gallo with tortilla chips.

4:30 so I’ll post this here but seeing as it’s the first I’ve eaten it could easily go on the breakfast or lunch threads.

There was an army of kids, well three & they were desperate for KFC so I’ve had a zinger burger & tub of coleslaw. Not bad at all 👍
