Stir fried shrimp and broccoli.

I had lots of prawns (shrimps to you Shado) over the weekend and could not walk this morning due to gout. Don't think the case of Budweiser helped but I'm sure it was the prawns that pushed me over the edge. :whistle:

Feel like prawns today,cholesterol levels way too low at the moment,maybe you need to switch to french pilsner lager,must be going cheap at the moment through lack of sales in Doha

Saw an article for Thai Tune Coffee shop on Facebook so decided to try it. The Girl was hungry too which was a bonus.
Mixed berry frappe with chicken green curry & something for Mrs N what I can’t pronounce. Never had the chicken curry served this way & it was lush.

When we ordered the waitress warned us there was an impending influx of school kids as it’s near Udon Wittaya School & sure enough in 5 mins about 30 kids arrived for milkshakes. I’ve never seen such a well behaved bunch ++)(* In the UK kids are banned from congregating outside nearby shops & only allowed in 2 at a time because of the trouble they cause. These kids chatted in small groups while patiently queuing then ordered their drinks & sat down to carry on quietly chatting. It took me a bit by surprise

Not sure what Mrs. N's dish is called either. Sort of looks like pad krapow khai dao but I know you're familiar with that. I've never had gaeng khiao wan gai tod like shown in your photo but that looks really delicious. Gaeng khiao wan is one of my favorites, will have to try it with the gai tod.

Ah, okay. Khua kling moo (คั่วกลิ้งหมู). A dry curry from south Thailand. Typically very spicy. Mrs. Shado makes that occasionally. It can be a really fiery dish. Need lots of rice with that one.

Yes it was spicy. but I had some & it was very nice. I did hear Mrs N saying she wanted it phĕd phĕd when ordering so whether it was spicier than a normal serving I'm not sure

Been at the hospital all morning. Cholesterol is through the roof, blood pressure high and gloucouse high.
Only went in for dizziness. Apparently that is due to vertigo.

So a big bag of medicine for dinner tonight

Too many energy sugar fuelled bars before going on the excercise bike or blame a seafood diet :think: Beers make you relax not stressed so high blood pressure from something else,tho I maybe wrong :think:
