Mrs N calls them pork chops but I call them spare ribs.
Marinated, popped in the air fryer & drizzled in honey to get the caramelised outside. Served with sticky rice & a garlic & shallot sauce

Yes pork ribs give tour teeth a good workout,the air fryer comes good yet again
